BABY
A gleeful baby boy,
Diaper snug, adorned with toys,
Mama's waist to cling to,
Making gleeful baby noises.
Cooing softly in mama's lap,
And playing with loose strings,
Finally falling asleep at last,
Dreaming baby dreams.
Of small green friends, Who came to play with him,
And show them their new toys,
And introduce him lovingly,
To small green baby boys.
Then return him to his crib,
When mama's approaching footsteps make a noise.
